After retiring from full-time employment at age 40, Gloria founded Exodus Management and Consulting, LLC in 2016. As a multi-credentialed professional, she shares 25 years of impressive multi-industry experience to add value to her clients.  Gloria is a high-performing individual who goes beyond limits and exceeds expectations while delivering results. As a multiplier, she empowers individuals to extend their thinking to drive material business advantage. She is a visionary who utilizes sound
strategies with methodical execution and accountability mechanisms. 
Her capacity to diversify her knowledge of faith-based and marketplace principles solidifies her ability to add value to organizations and individuals to ensure they reach goal attainment.

Gloria J. Strauthers, SHRM-CP, RESE

Principal/Chief Executive Officer

She was recognized as one of Savannah SCORE’s Top Five Business Mentors in 2020; while guiding small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in business growth and development. As an  Independent Certified Coach, Teacher & Speaker of the world-renowned John Maxwell Team, she assists individuals, organizations, and companies in achieving personal and professional growth through workshops, speaking and coaching. She is a mentor in the ISSA Hygieia Network Mentoring Program.


Gloria is a decorated Air Force Veteran, a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, The Community College of the Air Force, and Tougaloo College. Gloria is a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP) who specializes in Employee Relations.


Gloria has spoken at IEHA/ISSA events and is actively speaking and coaching using the John Maxwell Team platform. She has been featured in national trade magazines such as Executive Housekeeping Today and Maintenance Sales News. She is a contributor to Savannah Morning News “Ask Score” Column. She was a guest speaker on “This has been a Public Service Announcement” internet radio show with Judge Gay Polk Peyton and Adon Riggs Insightful Solutions Podcast. In 2019, she was the co-recipient of the IEHA Chapter President of the Year Award for exceptional leadership. She was selected to present "Outsourcing: The Untold Secrets at the 2020 Clean Buildings Expo.

She has numerous credentials as a cleaning consultant and advises aspiring cleaning operators in starting cleaning businesses. In 2020, she published Cleaning For Health: The Emerging Pathogen Threat as a resource guide to aid everyday individuals in adopting a Cleaning for Health mindset to break the chain of infection to minimize the impact of COVID-19.
