Every organization desires to be the Employer of Choice, but few are willing to look at maintaining the integrity of systems within their organization. Every organization is permeated by an invisible culture which communicates an unspoken message that shapes its people. Leadership must become aware of the need to consistently model its beliefs, values, and behaviors; or risk disconnection from its mission and core values.  This disconnect happens organically over time from the cumulative traits of the people the company hires, which allows for the perpetuation of training and development of those who hold positions of leadership. 


I experienced firsthand what this disconnect looks like throughout my 22 plus years of full-time employment. The inability to utilize systems in place to address common workplace concerns without being retaliated against, can leave employees disenfranchised. Thus, leaving them unable to reach their fullest potential within that organization. Exodus was created to address the 72% of business problems and opportunities that originates from broken processes. Processes are a collections of tasks and activities that together — and only together — transform inputs into outputs.
