The Principal Consultant is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has served Pro se on federal discrimination civil suits, federal and state workers' compensation claims, and Veterans Benefits Claims. She is a former AFGE Union representative who represented and defended the interests of fellow employees while collaborating with leadership in the enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA). She has successfully consulted on such cases and on other's behalf settling for an undisclosed amount of monies.
